Are you accepting new clients?
Yes — our team has grown and we are welcoming new dogs and cats. Start with the online new client form and upload your pet’s vaccination records.
Which vaccinations do you require?
Current core vaccines from your veterinarian: rabies, distemper, parvovirus and canine hepatitis for dogs. Bordetella is recommended. We need paper or digital records from your vet — a rabies tag alone is not enough. If it helps, we can call your vet to confirm.
What happens if my pet’s coat is matted?
Your pet’s comfort comes first, so we don’t brush out heavy matting — it can be painful and sometimes impossible. We’ll look at the coat with you and talk through the kindest option.
Do you take walk-in nail trims?
Yes, for existing clients whose intake form and vaccination records are already on file.
