How it works
Five steps,
no surprises.

Intake & vaccines
New clients complete the online form and upload vaccination records from their vet: rabies, distemper, parvo and hepatitis for dogs. Bordetella is recommended.

We reach out to book
We confirm records, answer questions and schedule a time. Puppies and kittens (8 weeks+) start with the Luxury Bath to build confidence.
- 3
Drop-off consult
A few minutes together at the counter: the look you want, any tender spots, allergies or routines. Photos of a style you love are always helpful.

The groom
One pet at a time gets our full attention. If your pet tells us they need a break, they get one — comfort sets the pace, not the clock.
- 5
Pickup & notes
We walk you through how it went and anything we noticed about skin, ears or coat, and suggest when to come back to keep the style easy.
